WebIt most likely scales with both intelligence and faith, like all the other pyromancies. It scales with BOTH as all Pyromancy does. It doesn't really matter which you upgrade most but investing in Intelligence is wiser if you're going to use Immolation Tinder as it scales only with INT. Edit: Oh btw, this is for a 35/15 build.
