WebI lost my sense of taste on day 5 and gained it 100% back after a week and a half. It’s really interesting how we take our five senses for granted. Can’t imagine what people are going through who haven’t gained it back fully. I got COVID the Tuesday before last around day 3 I lost my taste and smell. WebI did have to give up a lot of my favorite stuff to get some of this weight off. I actually have 37 more pounds to loose to be where I was before the cancer took over. I am doing the treadmill for one hour three to four times a week and on the other days I am doing a half hour of Kick boxing.
