WebOct 19, 2024 · Right after upgrading to v1.15.4, I receive "Mail Fetch Failure Alert" emails saying: osTicket is having trouble fetching emails from the following mail account: User: XXX Host: YYY Error: Can not authenticate to IMAP server: [ALERT] LOGIN DENIED -- TOO MANY FAILURES WebIf I post a reply, emails go out. All tests of the email system work. I'm using osticket 1.17.2, the latest as I just updated. After updating the email portion still works. If I create a ticket it sends out an email. If I post a reply, emails go out. All email tests work. I enabled the fetch email in the admin panel.
