On paying there was no confirmation that the payment had been accepted, which resulted in me paying twice, then having to talk to my bank about cancelling the payments. You need to sort out your systems. Nightmare. WebbYou’ll need to bring one of the following: A valid debit or credit card Proof of eligibility (Birth Certificate, UK Driving Licence, Passport, EEA National Identity card) Completed application form (if you are printing it at home) If you are renewing your Railcard, you will need to fill in the application form, and show your existing Railcard.
